“I would definitely recommend Terminix to anyone dealing with any sort of infestation. To be honest they were my second choice because I thought a big named company wouldnt be compassionate or actually care about one little customer but I couldnt have been more wrong. After throwing away over $2000+ on a previous company that I wont mention by name because that's not the purpose of this review. But the purpose of this review is to say after the first company took my money and left my problem to only get worse, I called Terminix. Terminix sent Paul Hodge out to my residence and I immediately after speaking with him for a few minutes felt like we were in good hands. He was very kind and professional, he explained Everything to me in great detail and then walked around and took note of Everything I told/showed him. He never once made me feel anymore embarrassed then I already was with the problems we were having, instead he was very understanding and very assuring he would take care of our problems, and make sure they stayed gone. He not only got me a very reasonable price for several services, but he and the company have gone above and beyond to take care of us and I dont know what we would've done had it not been for them. After the first company left such a bad taste in my mouth and a huge dent in our budget I was feeling like a very defeated mother that was failing her kids because I couldnt fix the problem. But thanks to Terminix and a huge shout out to Paul we can rest a little easier at nite. And actually enjoy our home again. Thank you so much!“
