“I called and left a message for Riverside plumbing explaining that there was standing water in an area outside of my grandmothers 150+ year old home. They returned my call within two hours and offered to go check it out right away.They did troubleshooting throughout the property and found out the water was coming from a dehumidifier under the house in a very small crawl space only accessible through the cellar. We had feared it was a leak in the main water line especially since the water bills were unusually high. This was a huge relief, but the story doesn’t end there. They continue to check every possible location inside the home that could be leaking and responsible for higher water bills. There was no explanation other than my son and his girlfriend take super long showers. That is still not the end of the story. I live out of town, so I asked how much money I needed to send for the bill. They said there would be no charge whatsoever.!!
