This was my fourth visit to this salon, and I wanted to try them a few times before leaving a review and they definitely deserve one!
I’ve had both pedicures and SNS dip done here, and I’ve been super happy every single time. The techs are consistent, gentle, and really pay attention to detail. My nails always come out looking clean and perfect, and the pedicures are relaxing and thorough. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and the quality of their work keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!“

“I have to been going to Kim Bowman for 20+ years. She's very skilled and does ALL types and lengths of hair. If she can tame and color my dark curly frizzy hair and make me blonde and straight, she can do it for anyone. Her layers and short cuts are great. I don't know how she makes it look so easy.“

One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to in Charlotte, NC—hands down. The customer service is out of this world. Thai and Yonh are two of the most wonderful hosts you’ll ever meet. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly taken care of.

The service is immaculate, the atmosphere is great, and the attention to detail really shows. If I could give this place six stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend to anyone in Charlotte looking for top-tier service and an amazing experience.“

“Jessica does an amazing job. She took her time with pedicure and SNS nails. I do notice that the salon could use some deep cleaning. There are dead bugs and cobwebs behind pedicure chairs and along the front windows. The front windows also look smeared and corners in the bathroom had cobwebs as well.“
