i’m only posting this review because I’m just so disappointed. I feel like customer service is just not what it used to be especially for the money that me and my daughter put out. We went in and had a pedicure done. It was around 4 o’clock in the evening there was only 4 Customers getting their feet done it was not busy, I chose one of the higher priced pedicures because I need more work because my feet are dry. I did not get gel nail polish. I just got regular it end up being $67. My daughter just got a basic pedicure because she doesn’t use polish She just wanted to have a relaxing foot soaking foot massage and her nails clipped She was charged $55. My daughter Courtney has been going to Ann's SPA and Nail & Regal Nails ?? (Same Owners) for 18 years November 2023. Master Danny is her nail tech & Miss Tracy is her Petti Tech.... The entire staff are amazing and the Owners Stephen & Ann are super friendly, I definitely recommend this establishment. Cheri Garrison/Gastonia North Carolina

Every time I go I have #11 “Danny” do my nails. I’m always satisfied with the service I receive. He actually cares if you don’t like em and will change anything. Not to mention he gives reasonable prices… book with him but don’t overbook ? I need my time too!Services: Nail art
