I booked my first ever wax through here (the Gastonia location) because they offer a free first time wax or 50% off of first time special service.
I booked it a month in advance it was super easy to do and I did it all online. They emailed me as well as texted me (because I signed up for text notifications) to verify my appointment before the day of. Then again on the day of. They also make sure to send you everything they need filled out in advance so you don't have to sit and wait while filling out forms. On the day of they even let me reschedule for an earlier time slot that they had available.

I searched for a good Wax center and I found European Wax Center in Gastonia NC. My honest review...Exceptional , Professional, Quality work ...done by Crystal! Crystal , I cannot thank you enough for fixing my eyebrows . Amazingly talented and a very beautiful lady ! Such a wonderful place, so friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
Jasmine is one of a kind...so professional but also makes me feel comfortable enough to actually carry on a conversation. She is gentle during my wax and I would recommend her services to anyone who asked!! She is the reason I continue to come back to EWC
