“I booked my first ever wax through here (the Gastonia location) because they offer a free first time wax or 50% off of first time special service.<br><br>I booked it a month in advance it was super easy to do and I did it all online. They emailed me as well as texted me (because I signed up for text notifications) to verify my appointment before the day of. Then again on the day of. They also make sure to send you everything they need filled out in advance so you don't have to sit and wait while filling out forms. On the day of they even let me reschedule for an earlier time slot that they had available.<br><br>The woman at the front desk was very nice and she explained everything to me and answered all my questions. My waxer was so friendly. I told her how uncomfortable I was and nervous and that it was my first time and pretty much all my fears. She made sure that I did not have time to be uncomfortable and we talked the whole time. She was so nice and so friendly and just amazing at helping me relax.<br><br>I booked my second appointment before I left the same day. I don't know what normal wax prices are but I would assume that they are average compared to other places. They use hard wax which I prefer. And they do men and women which the inclusivity is nice as well.<br><br>Can't wait to go back! Thanks ladies for a great first time ☺”
