The on boarding process was smooth and the Newpatient is even greeted with their name on the chalk welcome sign at the door! My children each left with a cool photo with Dr. Monique in front of a Smile logo backdrop. She makes my children’s experience very pleasant and my eldest makes sure to not miss an appointment because the reward system is amazing! The staff at Smile are stellar and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. They are VERY thorough with ensuring the patient and parents understand the procedures and expectations. Thank you ! She even promotes a child's independence by only allowing the patient to go in the back and they call for the parent or guardian afterwards.“
