Very thorough. They did fluoride, 3D-modeling scan, took their time cleaning and checking over everything, and took many X-rays for my first visit. They were very friendly and explained everything, and appointment was right on time. They also got me in their schedule with less than a week's notice. Much better than my experience at Charlotte Dentistry on Providence, which was my last dentist for years. I do wish they would stop asking about Invisalign every visit, but this office is good, and have been multiple times.

Always greeted with a hello and a smile.Hygienest are very friendly and always explain what the process is they’re doing rooms are very clean and sanitize. My Dentist is very friendly and explains all procedures. Wait time is always minimal. Always enjoy my visits, and for me that's saying alot since I've always feared the Dentist.?Thank You

My experience with RB made me feel safe and that someone cares. I haven't been to the Dentist since COVID-19 I had a certain fear but Riverbend Village, well I am not fearful anymore.
