From the start I felt like it would be a great experience! Mainly because of the phone presence of the young lady I spoke with initially. Very calming, confident, respectful, & reassuring. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but she was a pleasant person to speak with. When I came to the office I was warmly greeted from the receptionist (can’t remember her name either…Sorry). We even connected on the fact that we’re from the same hometown. My next interaction before the dentist herself was with Nia. Very smart, energetic, & kind young lady. Always so polite, great listener, & made sure my experience went the best it could. Dr. Richardson was the BEST!!! Very calming, intelligent, & knowledgeable about her profession! She really took her time, & answered the millions of questions I had. She was never annoyed, very patient, passionate, & confident! She gave me her best professional & honest opinion on a comprehensive dental plan. I really loved my experience from top to bottom. She’s definitely my new dentist going forward!
