“It has been a while since I've last visited, but my original review still stands, with a couple of changes. The front desk personnel, as always, greet with a smile and go above and beyond to answer questions and accommodate requests. This visit was the first time I've met Dr. Kittle who is friendly and cheerful and clearly explains the steps and time frame involved. He also makes every effort to check that his patient is comfortable during the procedure.
And then there's Mercy, the Doctor's Dental Assistant. Mercy is efficient and very professional. Not to mention, if someone can make me laugh before, during and after my visit, well, she is a gift!
All in all, it was as pleasant an experience as could possibly be. And that's a big deal“
