“Update from my last review.
Today is 30 Sept 2026.
I have my teeth clean twice a year. I do not have insurance but my teeth are very important to me. I am so impressed with the staff. Not even needing to tell them who I am when I checked in. Elizabeth is the one I spent the most time with and she is just fantastic! Gentle but very exact in her work. Discussing any problems or complaints. Then making sure I was comfortable and right to work. Super nice and very polite. I am over the moon that I left Gastonia Family Dentistry. Dr Marsh is really great and thankfully there were no cavities or problems so our time together was pretty short. Very happy to have good people taking care of my dental needs. The lady (I forgot her name) at checkout was so speedy quick and I was out the door and on my way. 10/10
From the time I checked in until the time I was seen to the absolute finish where Dr Marsh came to check the cleaning and look at my teeth. I had one concerned that I was questioning, and they addressed it and thankfully, there was no problem with my with my tooth, they gave good suggestions and we had a conversation about fluoride and should we need it and at the end of the day it was a very good visit and I appreciate how professional they are and I’m glad to call them my new dentist 10 out of 10.”
