So my gums are in 3 sections which I’m sure had its challenges for Dr.O and his team. But he and his team went beyond the call. I’m 100 percent happy with my new bridge. And grateful for the great care taken in making sure my teeth beautiful and a perfect fit. While they made sure I was comfortable all alone the way. I am extremely satisfied with my new bridge. “This dentist is fantastic! I've recently moved to Gastonia, and because of life stuff I hadn't been able to go to the dentist in about 18 months. I am very particular about who is sticking sharp objects in my mouth. After reading other reviews and seeing that they had been in business for almost 100 years, I figured I'd give it a try. Their appointment making process was easy. I am super impressed with the professionalism and the overall comfortable atmosphere of the office. My hygienist, Dawn, was lovely and compassionate. They didn't try to up sale me on night guards or ridicule my dental hygiene habits. They genuinely care about your oral health and suggest the best options so you can keep your chompers in the best condition. I currently am a cash patient, not having any insurance yet, and they worked with me to stay within the parameters of what would be affordable at the moment. I feel like I've won the dentist lotto!“

“Dr. DeLong is the absolute best! I was very nervous going in, he made sure to calm my nerves and walk me through the whole process of getting my wisdom teeth removed. He was very gentle and kind. Even called me the night after the surgery to make sure everything was going okay and to see if I have any issues or questions. I have never ever ever went to a dentist or surgeon that actually cared and took their time before Dr. DeLong. Any time I need facial or oral surgery, I will be going back! The best of the best! “Next Level Dental Studio is great! I went in yesterday for a cleaning, and Anna greeted me so kindly and diligently helped me figure out my dental insurance as I came to the appointment ill prepared. She did not quit and figured it all out with such a generous attitude toward me.
Samantha did the cleaning for me. She is absolutely wonderful and so understanding. She also gives great advice for improving dental health.
Dr Rogers was also very understanding and checked to make sure everything was looking good before the appointment ended.

“Unfortunately I was not numb at multiple times during my procedure. However doctor and hygienist were caring and compassionate, administering more numbing medication every time, even giving me 10 minutes to collect myself at one point due to the pain. The procedure took over 4 hours due to complications. This was by far the most painful experience in my life however everyone did everything they could every time the pain returned to make me comfortable. As much as I am dreading the pain I am looking forward to finishing the remaining procedures to regain my healthy smile.“

“Minimal waiting, easy dental cleanings, friendly staff. Dr Monroe went a step further and did a cancer screening in my mouth and noticed a bump and referred me to an appropriate doctor. I'm sure it's been there for a while but no prior dentist mentioned it. I purchased an anti-snore retainer and instead of doing gross impressions, they have a camera that does the same thing. It was awesome and my retainers fit perfectly! Recommend.“
