Window world did an awesome job replacing all of the windows in my house. The windows are a night and day difference from the original wood ones on the house. I was able to use the warranty to get the windows adjusted free of charge (the window wasn't staying open). Dylan was able to fix the issue quickly, explain how to fix it in the future, and reminded me of the lifetime warranty on the windows and the screens. I highly recommend window world. Window World was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. 1) They were the lowest quote we got out of 3. 2) They were patient answering questions and waiting for us to make a decision. 3) They were polite, efficient, and competent during the install. 4) They followed up multiple times during and after the install to ensure our satisfaction with the job.Doing your windows is not the flashy, fun house upgrade, but I will say it is noticeably quieter and warmer. They also give the house a nice facelift from the street!

Dylan Jenkins is an outstanding serviceman. He was cheerful, polite, efficient, knowledgeable-- such a gem in today's general work environment. Super representation for and promoter of Window World. We had a whole-house window update about 6 years ago. The initial set of interactions with Window World were all positive. We previously had one window seal failure and Eric Smith at the office was extremely helpful in talking me through the fully guaranteed window replacement, as he was this time as well. All the staff from Window World I have interacted with have been very kind and professional. We are Window World customers for life.
