We needed 25 year old windows replaced so we did our due diligence and had 4 companies give us estimates. My Guys sent out Owen to do preliminary measurements and give us a quote. The other companies gave quotes that were either higher or lower than My Guys but their contact people didn't take as much time looking at what needed to be done, explaining what the work will entail and, in my opinion, gave work length estimates that seemed unreasonable (too quickly done). The window product My Guys offer is also one of the best on the market. Shannon was my contact person from contract signing until the job completion and kept me well updated.

We had a great experience working with My Guys. The sales pitch wasn’t gimmicky, it was direct and time effective. The price was very competitive vs. other companies we enquired about, especially when you look line by line at warranty offers and product quality. Of course we won’t be able to ‘prove it’ until we’ve lived with them a while, but the specs all aligned. They kept us informed the whole time on what to expect, and were always prompt to answer questions.
