Home-fix is awesome; very professional from salesman to contractor and everything in between. They were quick about making things happen! The sales person was very nice and I think overall they did good job. They replaced my siding and the person who did installation is very professional. However, I got a call from a person (referred himself as a VP - Mr Graham) and he was trying to collect additional $2800 on top of a very well paid amount for this project. He tried to intimidate me in all possible way without any reasonable evidence or explanation. This was only bad experience. And all my windows shattered were damaged and I have to replace all of them. Overall, still I think it was a good experience working with this company and I may consider them in future for any other home projects. Thank you
As far as I can see, the work was done well. The only complaint we have is the oil stain that was left in our driveway. However, we know that the guys came out twice to clean up the oil, but it was unsuccessful. I'm assuming that the driveway needs to be power-washed. We are pleased to have no more leaks—the picture is after they tried cleaning up the oil spill.SincerelySonya Barnes
