Cruz and the installation team were incredibly professional. This was a five day installation They let us know at the end of each day what they would be working on when they returned. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were incredibly respectful of our home. My husband and I both work for home and the team worked around us with minimal interruption. They worked with us to review the project and finished it to our complete satisfaction. They also made touch ups to the previous installation.
Kelly is higher priced but worth every penny. They are good to their word and stand behind their work.

Every aspect of working with them was pleasant from the inspection of the roof to assess damage, to the sales staff, to the extremely professional job that they did, and even the clean up at the end of day. I was approached by other companies about 3x a week but was told by a friend to call Feazel. No high pressure sales pitches as I received from others, no squishy contract terms, just honest answers to my questions and a great job. How confident are they with their own work? They give you a 50 year transferable warranty! They took the stress out of a project that was really giving me worry. They charged a little less than another company that offered the same roof (but didn't offer a 50 year warranty), handled the insurance company stuff, and increased my home value by $10 K at least. The crew was Will, Tim, John and Josh and they are a great well-coordinated team.
