Dave, began to troubleshoot my computer problem over the phone without proposing that he do a home visit and he did not require any type of payment commitment upfront. He just started helping me which was an amazing thing to do. He spent about 30 minute or more with me, exploring every possibility...and voila! Success! He was able to get my computer functioning properly both times (even after I had spent 1 hr on the phone with the TWC technician to no avail).
