The team did a fantastic job at diagnosing the problem with my home computer and providing options to fix it. Michael and the team were patient with me and other customers that came in during my visits. Very happy with this team and will use them again.
Have a backbone controller device with a busted left joystick. They promptly took the device and assessed its condition and said they should be able to fix the device if the parts are available. Said it would be in the 70 to 100 dollar range. Its a little much but the device itself is worth 200 brand new so I said it would be worth fixing instead of trying to buy a new ine or fix myself since they are the pros!! Looking forward to getting my device back and see what happens. Will leave a review after the transaction is complete!! Weren't able to fix because parts unavailable. Service was great and very pleasant!!
