These guys are great! My PC would not power up on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. They removed my hard drive and supprted me in being able to pull my data. After the holiday they confirmed repairs were over what I was willing to pay for this old computer repair which allowed me to know a new computer buy made sense. They did all this for a very modest initial diagnostic charge. They are friendly, knowledegable and very customer focused. Thanks for all the help!
I took my PC to these guys because i was having a no display issue. When they figured out it was my GPU they called me and gave me an update to tell me my GPU had failed and it needed to be replaced. I purchased a new one through Amazon gave them the GPU when it arrived and it was fixed the next day like they promised. On top of all this I had a not so good experience with ANOTHER company that installed an AIO cooler for me on this same pc where they installed it incorrectly and broke the application communication connection. I was under the impression that my laptop may have been hacked because of using an open network. I brought it in and Alfredo discovered it was all about timing with a Microsoft update. He took the time to add my programs back in and update my system. Much Appreciated!
