Coming to Zen psychiatric services in Morganton, Nc is one of the best decisions I've made in my life!I've had MDD since I was a young teenager and have tried all the medications that I could with no positive results. The Spavato treatments have changed my life in many ways.The staff there are absolutely wonderful and so helpful ?. They even gave me a t-shirt with their logo on it that I will wear proudly. I recommend this clinic to anyone that is struggling with depression that seems to be medication resistant. I studied into Spavato treatments big time before I got to talk to these people. They will interview you first to see if these treatments would be good for you first,then they explain how many days and treatments are recommended for you.My insurance excepted the treatments and I started as soon as the following week.Such a calm,cool and relaxing atmosphere in their facility too.Like I said before, I absolutely recommend this clinic for people suffering from major depression disorder. This place has changed my life in such a positive way.I am so glad I decided to come to Zen psychiatric clinic. My daughter recommended Fashion nails. So happy I went! I had Kim do a facial, that included some micro dermabrasion, teeth whitening and brow shading. Kim did a fantastic job! My skin; glowing! My teeth; whiter than ever and my brows? I have very blonde hair so I was very leary of the brow shading being to dark. Kim didn't disappoint! The color and shading looks natural. I first met Lindsey through her mother who I worked with, she was learning a new skill and needed someone to “practice” on to fulfill the requirements for licensing. Well, you would never have know she was not already very skilled at what she did. She is very professional, clean, calming, kind makes you feel like family. She is wonderful in all her aesthetic skin services. She is efficient and respectful of you time. Highly recommend her for any service she offers. I would not go to anyone else. Love her!!
I had a wonderful experience with Shelley!! This is my first time at this salon and I love it! She gave me exactly what I wanted with a bob and shorter bangs that all felt light and had movement; and even though I was having hot flashes (which made me sweat) she was able to style my hair in a pretty way anyway so that it held through the hotflashes and it was a beautiful style too! Very impressed with her work!

I have only had cleanings done since becoming a patient, however, my experience overall has been good! I have found that Ariel the hygienist was really good at her job - cordial, compassionate and did a great cleaning without making my gums irritated from poking at me. The other hygienist I had seen was not the best experience - pretty cold in personality, poked at my gums a lot and aggressive with her flossing even when I asked nicely for her to please be more gentle.

How much they charge to check out a little chihuahua that's 15 years old, she doesn't eat much she gags all the time like she got lint or something in her throat and when my wife takes her out to do the bathroom thing she sorta staggers and then falls over like she drunk or something. Is it safe to give her an 81mg baby aspirin to see if that helps

I am on my fourth Pomerian and they have always been good to my dogs. Just had my latest go through surgery for kidney stones. Was worried that they could get them on a small dog like him but they did (eight of them). Friendly staff and very responsive to my needs.
From the initial phone call to make the appointment to the end of our first visit, everyone was kind, knowledgeable and caring to me and my pet.
I took my dog for the first time a few weeks back and they did so well with him. He smelled good (not like moth balls), and he overall look so good. An added bonus that they brought him out with a a cute handkerchief on. And very great pricing for the full service!
