“I called on Monday (5-11-26) and spoke with a lady in the office at Triangle, to get set up with a service plan. She kindly took my information and scheduled my first service for May 12, 2026) and gave us a “window” time to expect the technician. On Tuesday morning I got a call from Triangle, to advise the technician was about twenty minutes out. I thanked her for the call and told her we were up and ready. Your technician ( Daylin) was right on time… and after introducing himself he proceeded to go straight to work… I told him I had a water hose ready for him. I’m one of those retired guys that likes to “watch and ask questions”… and told him if it was a bother I’d stop. He assured me he appreciates when homeowners ask questions about how to maintain their HVAC units. And even said “If I know something that will help the customer… or educate them about what I do and how important it is to service you unit… I want them to know it. I watched intensely and he done an excellent job. I asked how long he’d been doing this and he replied “this July will be two years”.. having owned my on business and hiring and firing employees… I can tell when someone like what they do… and if they are applying themselves for their employer. Daylin cares, and your company should tell him. A little praise goes a long way in retaining valuable employees.
