I am very impressed by how gentle and truly concerned for your pets the staff is! I have a very nervous dog and they care for him with such thoughtfulness and calm presence that he calms down while he is there. My dog was having issues with his ears and shaking his head in a way that was scaring me and the Doctor gently tested his ears to be sure what the problem was which is a relief to me to know for sure! Now after a good cleaning by the vet staff and using ear drops he is as happy as can be! I feel so much better with the way they handled my concerns. I would give more stars if I could!
