I’m so glad that I found Your Karma, just up the road from home! Every class I’ve taken has been just what I needed. The massages I’ve had with Rachel have also been amazing!!!

I have been a regular member here for several years and can't say enough about the awesome life changing experiences Shelly and her team of instructors have given me and many others! Shelly strives to make sure yoga is accessible to most considering their ability and/or financial burden. Wonderful yoga studio with the bonus of massage therapists to support and pamper you!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDMy experience with Your Karma has been nothing but OUTSTANDING! Classes range from relaxing to restorative to challenging and inspiring. The owner, Shelly was very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She even calmed my nerves before taking my first Yoga class. Besides the yoga I also get massages done with Rachel. She was and is able to understand where I may need extra work when I am hurting in a particular spot. Whether it be a Swedish or deep tissue Rachel has been terrific.
