They were here doing what they do best. I recommend these guys. Unfortunately they couldn't fix the issue today but with new plumbing they will fix it the right way. Thank you guys.

R & R Plumbing and Salem Rooter Inc is the most recommended plumbing company, by far the best plumbing company hands down. They are Johnny on the spot and always make sure customers are satisfied. It is a good plumbing company when the cheaper plumber tells you to call R&R; spend the money and get the job done right the first time. They are always prompt and there when you need them no matter what time it is, doing an amazing job with impeccable personality and best customer service. They are always awesome with outstanding customer service and fast service, always reliable. One technician was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with questions, providing a perfect installation and good understanding. Definitely a good representation of the company.

The morning of my sons first birthday it rained and was full of speeding frenzy to ensure everything was properly organized. The tent people came and everything was going smoothly. Unfortunately bad luck threw a wrench in that and behold the tent team accidentally pierced our main water line. Everything was chaos and madness until we remembered our local neighbors down the way R&R Plumbing. I called them in to see if they could help save my cookout. When they answered they reassured me since they are family owned team as well everything was going to be okay. In less than 2 hrs a service tech was dispatched to our home. JC was prompt and informative reassured me he could knock it out. Within 45 min the sun was out and he was cleaning up. Our cookout and party was saved thanks to JC and R&R plumbing. Their family friendly approached made me feel reassured to give them a call again when and if the time arrives.
Side note I would like to highlight both the performance and professionalism of the dispatch team and their great family. Especially Susan Alberty Hearing the babies in the background reassured me that they knew and understood my priorities for my sons first birthday.
