I can’t recommend Mr. Bounce enough! They were incredibly kind, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and followed up with helpful reminders leading up to our rental. When I had to reschedule within 24 hours because of the flu, they were very understanding and made the rebooking process easy. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate the change made working with them a great experience! We will definitely be using them again!
