“We recently purchased carpet from Discount Floor Covering Outlet, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

Our previous rug was over 30 years old, so it was definitely time for an upgrade. Jason (the owner) and Laura (our salesperson) were both fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. We chose Shaw “Lady Liberty” in a gray stone color with an 8-pound pad, and the result is absolutely luxurious.

We decided to go with carpet throughout the house—keeping carpet where we had carpet before. All rooms but kitchen, baths and mudroom. We’ve had hard floors before, but nothing compares to the comfort of carpet. It’s soft under bare feet and much easier on our dog, who will never have to struggle on slippery surfaces.

The installation team was equally impressive—friendly, professional, and true craftsmen. They completed the entire house in just one day, which was incredible. We even shared lunch together, which made the experience feel personal and enjoyable.

I’ve heard that replacing flooring throughout a home can be invasive and stressful, but that wasn’t our experience at all. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and the end result is so rewarding that it was absolutely worth it.

“I had a water leak in the drain line in my kitchen in the back corner of the lower cabinets. It had been leaking for a while and required the lower cabinets, drywall, plumbing, insulation and tile be removed. National worked with my insurance to do the tear out, water remediation and build back. While it took longer than I would have liked since it was during 2 holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas, the result was wonderful. Michael and Anthony did a wonderful job on the new cabinets, patching in new tile and painting existing pantry cabinet to match the new. They were very easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely use National again.“
