The process is straightforward, with easy communication and quick callbacks. Product availability, shipping, and scheduling installation was quick compared to big box stores. The showroom and offices are beautiful, and the owner deeply cares about the details. Great options fit multiple budgets, and the crew is professional and fast at a competitive price. Floors look beautiful, with attentive detail to trim work and furniture placement. A project manager listened to concerns, was on site several times, and communicated time frames clearly. Fantastic work from a very professional crew, with one customer using them twice already. Another customer met with two other companies before hiring Gil for stairs, noting they go above and beyond to create a vision, provide 5-star customer service, and take good care of the house. They do everything from beginning to end, and customers highly recommend them, saying, "Look no further, this is your flooring solution headquarters."
