“Vasili was amazing !! Very professional, fast, and knowledgeable!!! Most importantly ethical! Had an issue with a dryer that Vasili fixed before, he came back and replaced a heating part after the same heating issue reemerged post 2 months of the initial service. We were not charged even though the root cause of the issue was different ! Fantastic service and professionalism!! Thank you !”
“Kris at K1 was super helpful and efficient. The pricing was fair and the work was completed quickly. I grabbed two cards when he left so we remember to use them again in the future. Would highly recommend K1 to anyone.”
“Had a great experience with Deckard! After responding to my call quickly, Gene helped to resolve an issue multiple HVAC companies struggled to solve with an innovative solution at an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend them and will be using them going forward.”
