Mr. Vasili Rytikov is a very capable and honest Appliance Repair technician/ engineer. His availability is good and he arrives on time. He explains everything with the aid of pictures. Prices are reasonable but you get what you pay for. Do it with the right person once - HEYKEY - or do it twice with some other dime a dozen Warranty Repair Insurance contractors. Vasili has serviced our gas dryer and Whirlpool refrigerator. He will be back to service our water heater!! Great job?
Vasili repaired our KitchenAid cooktop today. We also called this appliance repair company for our Samsung refrigerator and a Samsung clothes washer. Both Vasili and Constantine did great work for a reasonable price. They are prompt and professional--we are very happy with this company!!!
Vasili quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer and advised us that parts and labor to repair of our machine would likely equal the cost of a new machine. We appreciated his honest insight. Needless to say, we will be calling Vasili again the next time any of our appliances needs servicing.
