“I had an eye appointment today-When I entered the office I was helped by Sammy- he saw me find a pair of glasses I liked & offered to hold during my exam but after getting my exam spent time with me (despite it being lunch time!) and giving me great feed back on the different glasses I chose- He was patient, never rushed and SUPER HELPFUL!
