The owner, Marlon came himself, which immediately spoke volumes about the company's commitment to customer service. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and even showed me how to test and monitor the system. When the tank was opened, he had me take a video of the solids side so I could show my husband exactly why the tank needed to be pumped. That level of transparency and education was greatly appreciated.
What impressed us most was that there was never any pressure—just honest recommendations, practical advice, and a genuine desire to help us properly maintain our system. It is clear that this family-owned and operated business takes great pride in their work and truly cares about their customers.

I am a REALTOR® in the Triangle. I have never posted a review about a builder, but I am motivated to post one about Bobby and Sumner Construction as the experience for my Buyer was stellar!!! I wish I could claim having discovered Sumner Homes but my buyer noticed their work. The buyer was shopping for just the right home and one that was built well. They were still in their home they had built 30+ years ago and they knew that quality mattered.Every time my buyer would ask about anything, Bobby would answer - what do you want? Then he would do it. They were by no means perfect, but if something was found to be inconsistent with the written contract, they would correct it.I give Sumner Construction my wholehearted approval.
They did one awesome job. When they were done everything was clean up and they are a Very nice crew. The job was done by 2:22pm. I highly recommend them

My experience was great!
I got here the night before my appt & they allowed me to park here ! The yellow in the picture is the area I parked in . The blue in the picture is to show how I got to the dock . Yes you’ll have to pull into the road so be careful . But super easy backing into the dock!
Also my appt was for 0800 & I got a knock on my door at 0600 , in the dock at 0615 & was unloaded by 0700 ! Definitely 5 stars & they were so nice ☺️
The owner Larry came out to check my air conditioner. It was perfectly fine. I had 2 other companies tell me it had to be replaced it was no good. Yes it is a 26 year old Rheem but it is still going for now. I appreciate the honesty of Larry. He didn’t try to push me like the other companies. Also he had the best price for a 4 ton air conditioner with heat pump. I’m talking about several thousands of dollars less than competitors. When the time comes we will go with Larry at Dolan HVAC.
We had the great pleasure of working with Eric and Chris for some much needed tree trimming work. Free estimate and quick to fit into their schedule. Proper equipment and the right skills to get the job done. Hauled the cuttings away and left the property nice and tidy. We recommend them without hesitation.

I tried the gel x for the first time and I love it!! Naomi did my nails and I love them!! She recommended a color for me that I have never tried and I fell in love with the color. Naomi is very sweet and even put oil on my cuticles and massaged my hands at the end. I am definitely coming back here 💕
