My mother in law recently passed and we needed to get her carpets cleaned quickly. I called around and was surprised by the lack of messages I had to leave and non call backs, I even had one owner of a business tell me to spray frebreze and went on to tell me his favorite smell??? I found Why Carpets on Angi and within minutes I had a reply by phone. I was pleased with how caring and considerate the gentleman was and the time he took to explain my options for my particular problems. He was able to schedule us quickly and the carpets look amazing. When the technician learned my Mother in Law had passed away the day before he took the time to pray with my husband. It is very hard to find business’ that really care about the client and not just the job. Why carpet’s you ask???
