I called The Computer Guy of Louisburg, looking for a business to help me resolve an issue with new custom PC hardware that I had purchased. The owner, John, went out of his way to help me diagnose the issue over the phone without charging me anything. He spent a good amount of time trying to help me without looking to gain anything in return. John has a great breadth and depth on knowledge in his field and was able to quickly answer questions that none of the other computer/software repair businesses in the area were able to handle. I recommend this business if you are experiencing any computer issues that you are having trouble resolving on your own.
