Bobby and Jacob were at our home in less than 24 hours to fix multiple problems with our unit. It’s rare to find honest people and quality work these days. They were efficient and kept the area clean. They clearly communicated the problems with patience, and we had full confidence that we were making the right decisions.

I order HVAC repairs on a number of HVAC units. On a really hot summer day, my normal service company was too busy when I reached out to Bobby at the Oakes AC. He provided outstanding service on a serious failure. He gave me good reasons to not replace the whole system and just replace a leaking coil saving me thousands. I took his advice, and everything has been working great for over seven months. I don't think many HVAC companies would provide that type of advice. I tip my hat to Bobby for quality service at a very reasonable price.

Mr. Oakes did great work on the replacement of our A/C unit and installation of new head units in our basement. He was professional, timely and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process.
