Andrew Davis worked patiently and tirelessly for over 2 years to get my roof replaced. He never pressured me or gave me a sales pitch. He was genuinely interested in my roof being replaced according to the provisions of my insurance coverage and the building code. The production team arrived on time and sent photos of their progress periodically throughout the day. They were very efficient. The job was estimated to be completed in 1 ½ - 2 days. It was completed in 1 day. Clean-up was thorough and impeccable. The project manager returned the following day to inspect the work after it was finished. He used a high-powered leaf blower to vacuum my driveway, sidewalk, porch, and flower beds to make sure no shards of glass, shingle fragments, nails or other debris were left. The professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic of Chapman’s Construction and the production team they hire are commendable.

I greatly appreciate the service that was provided to me by J&M Tree & Excavating LLC. After my original landscaper stopped showing up to do the work and essentially breached the contract, I entered another contract with J&M. That was one of the best decisions I could have made. I wish I had contracted with them initially. J&M was very professional, courteous, kept me informed at all times, and were extremely hard workers. The team would show up to work on time and always give me quality service. There were days they would work from 7am until after 6 pm. 1st Response Roofing is the ultimate choice in roofing. My roof was installed 9 years ago. The crew was from Norlina N. C. A great group of men who worked hard and installed over 2,500 square feet of roofing in a day and a half. Now 9 years later I had a leak in my vent boot. This was no fault of 1st Response Roofing. It was a normal maintenance problem caused by excessive rain in North Carolina. John at 1st Response sent Tucker out within 3 days and replaced the roofing board sheathing, shingles and pipe boot. Tucker was both personable and knowledgeable. John gave me a phenomenal price. This company stands behind their work because they do an excellent job from the start. Customer satisfaction and quality of work are their number one priority. Call them if you want a worry free roof and speak to John. Just be patient and remember there may be someone in greater need than you. It will be worth the wait.

I wish I could claim having discovered Sumner Homes but my buyer noticed their work. The buyer was shopping for just the right home and one that was built well. They were still in their home they had built 30+ years ago and they knew that quality mattered.Every time my buyer would ask about anything, Bobby would answer - what do you want? Then he would do it. They were by no means perfect, but if something was found to be inconsistent with the written contract, they would correct it.I give Sumner Construction my wholehearted approval.
