“I had an opportunity to visit Norton Family Dental on November 14, 2024 for 2 appointments. I couldn't ask for better service. Dr. Norton is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He listens to whatever a patient says and answers all questions no matter what they are. His staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This staff knows what they are doing and enjoy providing excellent customer service. I will continue visiting Dr. Norton and his staff ongoing. Anyone reading this who needs dental service, I highly recommend this practice!!“

“We had our first visit with them on Monday and saw Dr. Kelly. She was extremely kind and informative. I really appreciate not feeling rushed and having her answer my questions honestly and making me not feel as worried after seeing a previous dentist for my 4 year old. “I highly recommend Dr. Phelps and crew if you’re looking for the best dentistry in the triad area. My front teeth haven’t looked this good ever that I remember. She said I would feel a little sting with the numbing stuff, honestly never felt it at all, and the numbing stuff worked great, I would post before and after pics but I don’t have the before to share, but 3 fillings in the front at the gum line and it looks amazing, very thorough staff, quick, efficient and made me feel at home.
