She was extremely thorough with all my issues and very nice and caring.. I wanted to give her the biggest hug. My hygienist was super sweet, gentle and thorough. Even the receptionist was the biggest sweetheart. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with dental anxiety.“

“This past Easter weekend, I broke a part of my tooth, and I was in a panic. I immediately messaged Beth, Dr. Brandyberry’s assistant, and told her about my situation. She offered to come in and check it out for me during her family holiday weekend. I told her I could wait hoping to get it looked at the next day. After many texts of her assuring me that she would get something worked out so that I could come into the office and get it fixed, that next morning, she sent me a message saying that she and Dr. Brandyberry would stay after hours to help save my tooth. This was not at all what most offices would do for their patients. From the moment I walked in to the beautiful front desk ladies to the office check-out, I was handled with such care. I have never found an assistant with such a big heart. To the dentist who spent hours after closing to fix my fragile tooth, the kindness and care they showed me are beyond any expectation I could have imagined. I am so impressed and grateful for the work they did for me.“

Professional, knowledgeable, down to earth, positive etc. My procedure could have potentially involved some pain but with their expertise, it was painless. “I love the Dentist here. He is excellent. The only thing I have against Lane and Associates is that they often run later. They almost had to cancel my appointment because when I walked in, they were behind. If it wasn't for this man, who got fed up, he gave me his appointment. I got done what I needed to do today. As far as that, you couldn't find a better Dentist and staff. I love it when they answer the phone, they say, "Hi, Lane and Associates, how can I make you smile today?" It's something like that, but it does make you smile when you hear those words on the phone.“
