I had them repair my thermostat at our lake house in Lake Norman, they replaced the condenser or compressor or something like that at our house in Charlotte and they worked on a rental in Greensboro. Each time the tech was not pushy or anything and they were really easy to work with. Honestly I was surprised the price was not higher. They did replace a unit at an office for me as well.
