“Our experience was all positive. Liked the sales representative we had. He did a good job of explaining the difference in Andersen makes. Of course we had seen many of the add on TV about exceptional they are. We liked how we had 2 years to pay them off since they are expensive. Nothing good is cheep! We were kept posted when the windows should be shipped and when they were here. We were glad they were scheduled right after the holidays so it didn't interfere. All of the workers were very friendly and cooperative. They were very hardworking. I couldn’t believe how much they got done ina day. They cleaned it well from there work. They were very impressive. One of the supervisors that came said they were the North Carolina “A” team. Luis really explained the windows and doors to us. They were all a pleasure to work with.“
“Window World installed the windows in my home ten years ago and I recently noticed some cloudiness in one panel. The representative I spoke with on the phone was so friendly and gracious and quickly said it's not uncommon and that they would replace the panel in about four weeks. The company reps came out well before four weeks and were just as helpful and friendly as the phone rep. There was no cost to me and I'm thrilled with the new window panel. I had a secondary question while the team was at my home and they addressed that as well. I love the windows and the great folks at Window World.“
