We bought our house 1 year ago with a 5 yr old roof and one of the shingles started separating. I contacted the company owner Tim and he advocated for a supplier credit from the shingle company, got us the credit and scheduled the work. His guys showed up on a Saturday and were done in 30 minutes. We have a lot of peace knowing it was done right by a reputable roofing company. I’m super grateful for Tim and his team’s service. Highly recommend Carolina Home Specialists! Before and After attached.

We had our concrete driveway replaced due to cracking; took this company one (1) workday to remove the old driveway and prep for the concrete pouring the next business day. They worked efficiently and were extremely “clean” given the magnitude of the job. It took them 6 to 7 hours to pour not only the driveway but an additional walkway from the driveway to our pool entrance enclosure. More importantly, we had rocks lining both sides of the driveway and the landscaping rock beds were essentially unharmed, so I did not have an exorbitant landscaping repair job. All in all, I recommend this company without any reluctance or reservations. They will not disappoint.

Carolina Home Specialists were great to work with! They were very informative and set up a consultation to discuss everything they planned for our new roof install. They arrived on time and had the job done in 2 days - this included changing out some of the vents on our home to make it look SOOOO much better. They were one of the few places that offered financing and it was just like a line of open credit which is great to be used anytime we need them again :) Thank you to everyone for showing excellent customer service at this business - you do not find that often anymore.
