He found the first problem and then when he was fixing it he found another part that needed to be replaced and he fixed that. He was nice and did a good job. Rusty also came out and fixed a part in my outside unit for my a/c. It is working great! He was nice and very knowledgeable and fixed my problem!“

“The workers did an excellent job on replacing my ducts under the house. The workers explained everything they were doing, checked the system and flow of air from the vents after the job was completed. They even took photos and let me know of other issues under the house that I was unaware existed. Michael came out and tested the heat to make sure the temperature was flowing correctly through the vents. They showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner and very efficient. Overall, I had the best customer experience and would gladly recommend this company.“

I was going back and forth to a few stackable washer and dryers and he knew EVERYTHING I had questions for without even looking at the info sheet! I had 2 narrowed down and we'd be at one and he'd be telling me how this one was different etc. he was so polite, so knowledgeable and friendly. He got our fridge, washer and dryer ordered and it would be delivered in 12 days which we thought was great. EVERYONE of my questions I had asked he knew right away. Even gave us a few tips. Would HIGHLY recommend Don in the appliance area. We will be back if we ever need more house appliances. And wow we got some amazing deals!!“
