“I got a hold of this company because Kenneth Lemons told me all about the quality work they do and how much respect he had for Glen the Owner and that his prices were fair.I had this major leak under house that flooded about 3 inches deep from one end to the other end . I found the water cut off and grabbed the sump pump and ran it all night. I called westover plumbing and they came out right away and had it fixed but they informed me all my copper pipes were wore thin and would continue to spring leaks .They have been installed since 1985 and I had several leaks in the last few years and it was time to get new pipes put in .So they came and did the job and I had running water the same day .They left the copper pipes for me as I ask them too and when I saw them ,I knew I made the right decision to have them replaced.Even my water taste better. (I didn't catch his name) but the young man showed up when he said he would, was knowledgeable, and quick. She responded with a quote for a replacement in about 5 minutes and when I called to confirm to move forward, the techs were already loading the truck. We appreciated that the techs checked to confirm the water heater couldn't be repaired before starting on the replacement. Our water heater replacement was finished about 2.5 hrs after my first phone call! Overall very happy with the service and price.“
