I was a little hesitant to get my eyebrows done at Ulta because I could have gone to my usual nail salon for about half the price. But after too many hit-or-miss experiences, I decided to take a chance and I’m so glad I did!

She did an amazing job. I have naturally thick eyebrows, and she shaped them beautifully without overdoing them. The arch is absolutely perfect, and one thing I especially appreciated was that she kept the length of my tails. So many places wax them too short, but she took the time to work with my natural shape instead of taking too much off.

Looking for makeup at a store full of makeup can be quite confusing. Went to Ulta looking for a particular product, which I had no clue where to find. I found Ayanna. I am so glad I did. She said this particular product was not sold here but was able to find a great alternative. She carefully applied a few colors to my face and asked another team member for their expertise as well. We found the best color for me. She explained how to use the product and then proceeded to help me with a few other product suggestions. She was very helpful and just lovely. I want to thank Ayanna and Camilla for assisting me with finding the correct shade of foundation. Both were very patient and gave some good makeup tips. My makeup turned out great for the concert that I went to. I also want to thank Ayanna for recommending some great skincare products.
