I regularly go to Fittness Plus by regularly exercising(lap swimming and exercises)it keeps me in shape to do the other things that I love to do like hiking,traveling, playing with grandchildren in the park,fishing...ect ?

Similar to a Workout Anytime as far as price and equipment goes. Which means it's not as expensive as other gyms like Southside, but it's a step above a Planet Fitness. Very roomy and cool amenities provided on site like coffee. Great place to start your fitness journey

Guazo Fitness+ is the best gym I’ve been a part of. Not only do they offer a HUGE selection of machines and ways to workout but they offer a variety of fitness classes! I actually love the classes the most! The best part of the gym is the family oriented atmosphere! Neo and Laura, the owners, are so sweet and caring and they really treat their clients as part of their family! If your looking for somewhere to make a change for YOU then look no further than Guazo Fitness+!!
