This place rocks! I am in the best overall shape I have been in for a long time since going to FUEL. The workouts are constantly changing and confusing my body to create results. Great mix of cardiovascular endurance and strength training. Plus, group fitness is awesome! Not only does it give me accountability but it also increases the intensity of my workouts, especially when you see the person next to you going all out.
