You always are greeted and welcomed. Healthy mentality and positive atmosphere. They have amazing staff all together. The drinks are delicious and packed with protein for an afterworkout boost. They have fantastic child care who handle the kids while mothers and fathers can have a bit of time to focus on their health. They also have a ladies only section to help women exercise comfortably. They have so much to offer with a pool, hot tub, and two types of saunas. They have awesome trainers and classes. Did I mention their prices are the lowest around for all the great amenities that you get to enjoy. Favorite gym by far!
THE ONLY GYM I WOULD LITERALLY GO TO AND I JUST LOVE HOW THOSE WOMEN SECTION.A WOMEN'S HOT TUB OF WOMEN'S STEAM ROOM WOMEN'S SAUNA! whoever designed this gym thought through so well and every single time I go into this gym , i'm always welcome and I absolutely love it because it's like family
I LOVE the spa! Plenty of machines and it’s always so clean. My daughter goes to the daycare and they take such good care of her! She never wants to leave. All of the staff are super friendly as well, they truly make you feel welcome.
