I've been coming to this gym for a few months now and I've really enjoyed it the staff has been really great Abby has always got a smile on her face when you come in and Kelly and everyone else has always been super nice, I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone!

I love this Spa! I feel absolutely spoiled when I come in to work out on new equipment that has handy details about how to use it properly, separate locker rooms, a ladies only section, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and pool. They even have water weights, which I didn't even know was a thing!I feel good when I walk out, and I'm seeing improvement in my over all health. The employers are always incredibly helpful, and the other people working out are friendly. If you're looking for a new gym, then give this a shot. Over the years I have been a member to several different gyms. And even though they did serve the purpose of providing what I wanted or needed at that time I just felt it wasn’t enough for me or belonged UNTIL I walked In the doors of SPA ATHLETICS. When I learned they had a pool and water aerobics class I WAS IN. This place and the POOL SAVED my life. The pool allowed me to do exercises that I wasn’t able to do without any pain and help me get my health under control(diabetes). If anyone that wants a gym that will have a staff that puts your health and well being first and treats you with respect and kindness SPA ATHLETICS is the place.
