Customer service, Kristy O, called back and apologized, arranged a new crew to be sent immediately the next morning, and followed through with another call back for my satisfaction on the job. “I've been using Acme Pest Control for a couple of years now and they’ve been fantastic. They come out quarterly to spray and check on my termite bait stations, and I’ve never had an issue. What really sets them apart is the customer service.

Mike (pretty sure he’s the corporate manager) always follows up to check how the service went, which I really appreciate. Most recently, Andrew M. came out and was awesome—super knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.
