Company was super flexible in helping us especially as we had to wait for a part to arrive from the manufacturer! Once the part came, they scheduled us right away and took excellent care of us!
We called Absolute Plumbing because we had a big problem with a wax seal moving in an upstairs bathroom and flooding the kitchen. I couldn't get anyone to come, but Absolute Plumbing said Kevin would come as soon as he finished where he was working that minute. He was here within the hour, and he put in a new wax seal (there had been only one screw in the old one!). We still have to have the bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling repaired, but the plumbing problem was fixed almost immediately. We would use them again, and I would recommend Kevin.
Came same day I called. Communicated frequently on arrival time. Did outstanding work, left no mess and finished quickly. Kevin was great! Explained everything, confirmed cost before starting work and the final bill matched the estimate exactly. Kevin was friendly and very professional. Highly recommend.
