“Our AC Unit stopped working. I called North Beach Services and they were very helpful right away. They had a technician, Christian, come out within a few hours for the diagnostic. He was very friendly and polite. He took pictures and videos to show me what the exact issues were and reviewed my options for repair. It was very clear that he knew exactly what he was talking about and was confident with his explanation and plan of action. I chose an option and he was able to give me the cost breakdown and offer a repair date of the next day. Extremely smooth and easy process. I wish all house maintenance issues were this easy. The next day Christian fixed the issue quickly and my AC was up and running. I can’t believe they were able to fix it in about 24 hours from start to finish. Excellent work and will definitely call them again in the future and request Christian as well. Thank you for the great work!“
