“Had heater issue with our heat pump so gave North Beach services a call. Had a young man come this afternoon (Chad) who did a lot of troubleshooting in order to find problem. Couldn’t definitively pin point issue but gave me some recommendations for future issues. The unit is 12 years old so I can’t expect much. Hoping it holds out a few more years.
