Today the tech Don came out after a few days of waiting on parts (Not his fault). He came in and was a TOTAL
professional, he addressed the issue with our washer, checked out the dryer, and left his contact information in case of any further issues. If ANYONE uses this service, make sure you have Don as your tech, this guy knows his stuff!.....I totally recommend his services.
