I had an excellent experience with Universal Remodel after my home suffered water damage. From the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. They guided me through the insurance claim process, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
Universal Remodel handled everything from the initial water mitigation through the necessary repairs and restoration. I was especially impressed that they completed the entire project in just three weeks. The team communicated well throughout the process, kept the work moving, and made sure everything was completed properly.

I really enjoyed the guys that worked on our house very professional gave us all the updates in any delays .cleaned up very well each day. I never had to go behind them when they leave and clean up the area very professional, and I was very very pleased. They guess a thumbs up.👍🏾
After numerous excuses and delays (over 30 days!) from another brick mason contractor, I reached out to Universal Remodel for help with replacing several bricks on my front steps. Gustavo was quick to respond, quoted a very reasonable price and completed the job in a timely manner. Their professionalism and attention to detail was superb. I highly recommend Gustavo and Universal Remodel.
